Disappointed

I have a complaint about mt vehicle Volkswagen TSI 1.0 2022

I took delivery of this vehicle on the 24th of September a week later this car started giving me a problem, on the 30th of September I got stuck with this car going to work. I took it back VW constantia and they said that they need to take away the warning lights and the car will be fine, I waited about 20 minutes then they said I can take the car later on that night the car did the same thing. I didn’t use the vehicle that weekend and then the following week the car still did the same thing I took it back to the dealership on the Monday then Tuesday they called me to collect the car cause the issue was fixed Wednesday morning the car lost power again then took it back to the dealership on the Tuesday, they blamed Cartrack sent out a technician to replace the device which they did. On Thursday night when they told me that the car was fine we test drove the car with the salesperson and the car still did the same thing.

On the 7th of October I went to fetch the car because they told me that all the errors have been rectified and the car is safe to driver, I was on my way to Port Alfred after delaying my trip on the way passing Vereeniging my car lost power and didn’t want to switch on then I called for towing assist which I got assistance from a very helpful guy and towed back home. I at least got a loan vehicle from the dealership to use for my trip, a week later they asked for the loan vehicle back because another customer needs to use the vehicle mind you my vehicle has been sitting at the dealership for 2 weeks. Cartrack gave them permission to strip the vehicle since they said that they installed the tracker faulty, after stripping the vehicle they found that Cartrack were not at fault.

Today is a full month where I don’t have a loan vehicle or my vehicle that I have to pay for, when I call I keep getting the same feedback that they stripping the car because there are wires that they need to check. I never get a call from VW to update me on the progress of the car I always have to call.

Again I had to call for feedback only to be told that they stripped open the dashboard, bonnet and the bumper, this is no longer a “new” vehicle. I don’t want this car back as it has been stripped and no longer is a new car.

Please assist with intervening with this matter as it’s very unfair to be paying for a vehicle I only drove for a week and not having a loan vehicle.
