Did not service my car!

Our car was supposed to go in for a service so we made a booking with a lady called Carmilitha and the booking was made on the 13/10/2017. I went to go drop off the car the morning 7o"clock, I got a lift with a friend to work. I got to work 08:00 and then a lady Edna phoned me saying that they won't be able to service the car because of "campaign part" that did not arrived. I went back to pick up the car and was told by Edna that the part should be there the monday 16/10/2017, she would call me to make the booking which she never did! So myself and my husband went to Bidvest McCarthy Toyota Tableview the Thursday on the 19/10/2017 to find out if the part has arrived yes and Edna told us the part arrived on Monday already and she forgot to phone us, so we made the booking for the 20/10/2017. On the 20/10/2017 I dropped the car of AGAIN and got a lift to work with a friend. Later the morning Edna phoned me saying that they are done with the vehicle and they will send someone to come pick me up at work. Friday night when my husband got home he saw that the service book was not stamped and signed. So he called Edna today 23/10/2017 to find out why the book was not stamped she told us that they did not service the car and explained about a "campaign thing" that we still not understand what she is talking about and we did not ask for it!!

So i tried calling the servicing manager Prunela Naidoo, she was not available so I left my details with Kalze in order for her to call me back, it's been more than an hour and haven't heard anything from her!!!
