Delay in Damage investigation

Damage to my vehicle was noticed after service at Lynnwood Toyota. Communicated with Lynnwood Toyota who said they will investigate. I also received service call after service and conveyed information of damage and was told it will be investigated. The delay, other than unresponsiveness to first 3 attempts is reportedly due to loadshedding.
