Defective vehicle and bad after sales
The best thing is the sales service but the after sales will lend you in to a mental hospital. There's a lot of passing the buck then actual solutions.
The car was bought last year on low 7k+ and all looked fine especially with the kind of checks cars go through from reputable dealers like Mcarthy Nissan but that was not the case at all. Most of the defects were not latent at all which raises suspicion of whether it did go through stringent checks as per claim. As if that wasn't enough, came more issues as the months went by like e.g radio/navigation/reverse park system and now recently what appears to be a dead battery situation on a mileage of 27k which from experience leads me further to suspect more tempering on the vehicle each time it was brought in to try solve a problem.
Now I can understand that even with reputable dealerships human error and technical issues can creep in but our biggest frustration is having to suggest to them what to do and lack of proper follow up. It was so pleasant concluding a sale but with solving our issues you have to do a lot of chasing.
