Debit order that I never signed up for

Good morning, I have been noticing an amount of R70 going of my account, I stopped the order with the bank but still the funds get debited from my account and the reference is Mccarthy Club. After stopping this last month the amount of R140 was subtracted from my account. As far as I am concerned I am paying for something that I didn't even know existed or signed up for, please cancel the debit order and return my funds to me.
