Dealership sold me a car that put my family and my life at risk

My wife and I bought a car at Bidvest McCarthy Nissan in Randburg in July 2016. On the 16th of July 2016 we went to the dealership to sign some paper work and was told the car would be delivered to us on monday 18 July 2016 because it was booked in for delivery service. On monday, the car was not delivered, we were then promised that it will be delivered on Tuesday 19th. It was delivered, after a few days of driving the car, I noticed the car swaying to the left and vibrations while the car is above 80km/h and there were tyre presure warning signs. Then again, there was a front brake pad wear warning sign. I then took it uppon myself to visually inspect the car. It seem that the car had new front brake pads and disks, so I assumed that the service light was not reset when the service was done. then I also noticed that the Wheels were incorrectly installed, The front tyres/wheels specification are suppose to be 225/40/R18 and the rear tyres/wheels are suppose to be 255/35/R18 so in other words, the front tyres/wheels are smaller and the rear tyres/wheels are bigger, so it appeared the smaller tyres/wheels were on the left side of the car and the bigger tyres/wheels were on the right side, so I assumed that was what was causing the vibrations and lack of balance. i then informed Drisden, the sales man who sold me the car, he then told me to go to my nearest Dunlop centre, I didn't know any near me, I then asked him to find one for me and then suggested other fitment centres around my area. After waiting for his response for days, I ran out of patience, I then went to the nearest fitment centre in my area to do a correct wheel rotation, wheel balancing and alignment, thats when they discovered that, the front left wheel wa missing one lock nut out of the 5. They also asked me if I had hit a pothole and I told them that i have never hit a pothole and I recently purchased the car, so they told me that all 4 wheels/mag rims were bent and that is the main contributing factor to the vibrations and the front right wheel was the worst and was loosing tyre pressure. I was also told that the tyres were not run flat as according to manufacture specifications which might cause a problem with the insurance claims should the car be involved in an accident and the car comes standard with runflat tyres and no spare wheel, no jack and no tools. I sent Drisden and email with the report from the fitment centre, and he told me that he had forwarded the email to his manager and he will be in contact with me. The manager has not contacted me and have not received any assistance from this dealership. My wife is pregnant and the saftey of this car have put my wife, my unborn child and my life at risk because they failed to check the quality and safety of the wheels of the car before delivery.

I expect that the dealership should do their part and fix the problems we have experienced since taking delivery of the car.
