Dealership did not transfer vehicle ownership

I purchased the vehicle, bank financed last February. In December we discovered that the car disc had expired in August. I have had to be turned back numerous times by the post office with difference reasons and the final blow was that they cannot simply renew the disc as the car was not under my name. Thereafter I was returned back from the licensing department to get this sorted out for various reasons and they confirmed that the dealer was suppose to have done this for me when transferring the car over.
I have had to do my own road worthy test in the process along with paying penalties for the dealer's incompetence. I departed with R1341.70 excluding all my other travelling expenses to and fro these places.
I contacted the dealer hoping they can compensate me and spoke to the manager, Cheyhanne Viljoen who asked me to email her all this info. I did and contacted her again and I was advised she's waiting for info from the archives.
From: Cheyhanne Viljioen [Email Removed]
Sent: 14 May 2015 01:55 PM
To: Gabisile Mjiako
Cc: Cherise Haywood
Subject: RE: Mazda registration issue

Hi There

You phone me. I said I couldn't hear you that is why I sent you a mail.
