Damaged my car with service

On 26 July 2016 I took my car for a service. After work my colleague dropped me off, I went home and parked my car in my garage. The next day I went to work with my colleague (using his car). The evening of 27 July 2016 I decided to go put diesel in, as the strike in the petrol/diesel supply industry would start the next day (28th).

At the garage, I got out of my car and saw the damage on the bonnet. I called VW the next morning (28th) and spoke to Tony and he said I must bring it to have a look. The workshop manager was on leave, so I could only go on the 1st of August. I showed William and he said they would check the cameras and get back to me.........I am still waiting!

The point is this: I DID NOT USE MY CAR FOR WORK OR ANYTHING AND THEY ARE TRYING TO TELL ME IT WAS A STONE!!!! IF YOU LOOK CLOSELY, YOU CAN SEE THE DENTS UNDER THE SCRATCHES. I DID NOT USE MY CAR - IT DID NOT GET THOSE MARKS WHEN I TOOK IT HOME OR TO THE GARAGE TO FILL IT UP.

I am soooo disappointed - my car is brand new. I only got it on 13 May 2016.
