Damage to my GEAR LEVER
I took my car for 60 000km service on Tuesday (24/03/2015) morning and on Wednesday when I checked why I haven't had feedback I was told my quote is R10025.45 of that R6110.20 if for labour and R2684.49 towards the parts. I then told them I will look into the quote as I feel it's expensive only to find that my Gear Lever is not working anymore and I was told the car came like that, but if so how come that was never included on my quotation. I told the advisor that my car was moving perfectly before it came here and I was then told there's nothing they can do as they did not touch my gear lever so rather I fix the gear than service the car. My question is why should I pay for something which wasn't broken and if it was broken WHY WAS I NOT QOUTED FOR IT INITIALLY!!!
I had to pull my car to my work place just so I now it's safe. I just want them to fix what ther damaged so I can have a car, I'll service my car at another garage where I'll get reasonable service.
:-( :-( :-(
