Damage To Motor Vehicle

RE: BMW320 Diesel E90 - BG 76 GP GP

21/09/2018 - I called Bidvest Club McCarthy ( ********** 329) for a jump start. They in turn dispatched Help24 and a gentleman by the name George / ********** 704 arrived to assist. He had a booster pack with him but it wouldn’t start the car. He then disconnected his battery from his Van and together with the booster he managed to start the car. After he started the car I noticed some irregularities with the CAR:

1. The head lights came on and I couldn’t switch them off 2. The indicators were non functional 3. The windows wouldn’t open 4. The car wouldn't lock

I brought this to his attention and he said I should drive around and the computer would re-set itself. I am not a specialist in this field and I did exactly what he told me. Driving back to my garage the situation was still the same. Running late for work I decided to make use of my other car. Clearly because of the electrical surge on the car he should have blown a fuse, sensors or damage to the computer box. My has been standing since last Friday and I cannot carry on with my life

I would appreciate if you can escalate this matter urgently for me please
