Cry for help

I took my car for service at the Gezina Toyota. The model of my car is Toyota Corolla Quest 2017 model. My car went in so that they can replace the tablemounting on the right hand side far from the battery which is on the left hand side. The technician Lawrence Germishuizen finished working on my car at 12:20 as reported by the service advisor. So now what is strange is that at 13:12 I received an sms notifying me about battery disconnect violation. After fetching my car I then started having battery problems the same day after service and 40 minutes later. When I asked the service advisor about it she said she knows nothing about cars and hung up on me. I kept in calling their office until they came to help me start up the car. I had to buy a new battery and when I went to tell Henk the manager about my experience and asked to see their footage he said that they don't have cameras on the service side. On my way out of the garage I asked one of the service advisor sitting on the front desk if they have cameras at the service side area and he said yes they do have them.

I went to that garage because I expected them to be professional and respect my car which I tursted them with. I am left helpless and violated of what is rightfully mine. I had to spend money to replace a battery which was supposed to last me five years. I regret taking my car there for service because at the garage at Zambezi I have not encountered such problems. The manager went to the extent of discrediting my car tracker.
