I convinced a colleague to and buy a vehicle at Bidvest McCarty VW Arcadia after being told that there is an incentive of R1500.00 if I bring a customer. My colleague indeed bought the vehicle. After that I was requested certain documents so that I can be paid the said incentive. To my surprise, on Tuesday, 04 February 2020, I was paid R1000.00. I inquired about the balance and the answer is we are no longer paying R1500.00. I was never told this. I would have taken my colleague to another dealer. Please pay the rest of the incentive promised and change your rules. Do not change them when it is time to pay. I will never refer my colleagues and friends to McCharthy VW again because you are ************.
