I have received the most disgusting service at McCarthy Nissan in Randburg. I was sold a vehicle that I saw as R119900. When I app**** for this vehicle Ishmael the sales person told me that he included smash and grab and an electronic warranty. The Vehicle ended up to +-R141000 and I told him to remove all the extras. He told me that he can only remove the R12000 for the warranty and cannot do anything about the smash and grab. I was not told about all of these extras and yet I am expected to pay for all of these. This was taken to down R130000 of which I fought hard for and when I was about to sign, I was told that the rear door was not working and him(Ishmael) will book it for me. I then had no choice because they had already compromised my credit score and needed this vehicle but to take and it even took me 7 days to get the door sorted out.
