Complaining

It has been 3 months since I bought a vehicle from Toyota at woodmead. But the vehicle is still not registered under me. They keep renewing the permit for me. I'm now tired sometime their new permit delay and I drive some days without a permit. How is that possible with a brand new vehicle. worse parts they promise to give 60 days without paying. But the started debating their money after one month. I have a very bad experience with this people.
