Club McCarthy is so pathetic at customer service

Bidvest Club McCarthy is so pathetic. I called the emergency service several times and spoke to multiple consultants but received terrible service from all of them as if they all get trained to be very bad at customer service. I had to arrange for my car to be towed myself after canceling my booking. I then had to arrange my own ride back to Sandton from Bela Bela, Limpopo. No effort to help get us home, knowing the car couldn’t move due to a mechanical fault. I really don’t know what you pay for each month with these guys because they don’t help you in an emergency and you have to fund yourself and make your own arrangements to get home when you are stranded.

The cell number I received to make contact with them was ‭***‬ and I’m still waiting for a call back, 2 hours later!
