Last month I complained against the Silver Oaks branch, and the manager stillkept sending me emails with many attachments instead of assisting, that was until Chris, the manager at the Arcadia branch called me, we had a short conversation on the phone and he assured me that I will be assisted in the next business day, and indeed I was. i wanna thank Him for showing great service, stepping out of his branch and helping me out in the other branch.... you are a great manager and a great ambassador for McCarthy.
