Change in debit amount without my consent

I have been on the McCarthy Club Blue option from last year in which I pay R30 per month. Even though I don't ever use this service, R30 isn't much so I left it in case I did require it at some stage. However, I noticed that in March this year I did not get debited the R30 premium and since April this year, the premium magically changed to R70.<br> <br> I was not told of any premium increase. This has happened consecutively now for April and May 2015. The reference numbers on my bank statements for these deductions are: CLUB MCC *** APR and CLUB MCC *** MAY.<br> <br> On the club McCarthy website under my profile, I can't even see anything about my account membership or anything to check my statements, very poorly made website for handling customer account info.<br> <br> I would like to know why these premiums changed and I demand a refund for these costs as no communication has been made in increasing them or changing them, I certainly did not give any consent! I would also like to cancel my account with club McCarthy, my insurance provides me with most of these benefits anyway.
