Good Day , I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the recent issues I have encountered with my newly purchased Volkswagen vehicle. Despite purchasing the car from WV Braamfontein and receiving assistance from Sydney, the vehicle has presented multiple problems within a short period: • Speaker Malfunction: The vehicle's speakers stopped working. • Gear Shift Issues: The car experienced difficulties in shifting gears. After reporting these issues to Sydney's manager, Shaun, I was provided with a courtesy car for a week. However, my tracker alerted me that my vehicle's battery was removed on Thursday, indicating a delayed start to the repair process. Upon collecting the vehicle on Friday, I believed the issues had been resolved. Unfortunately, this morning (18/11/24), I nearly had a serious accident due to the car's inability to change gears. As a single parent, I rely on my vehicle for daily transportation. The recurring problems and the potential danger they pose are extremely distressing.
