Car service

<p>I sent my car for service in 24 January 2017, and few days after I saw a small spot of oil on garage floor. As a woman not know much about cars I told myself that I was not anything serisouse it was because it had just came from service.</p> <p> </p> <p>As days went by oil spots grew bigger I called Toyota Lydwood to let them know that my car is leaking oil. My car was booked for today, 10 March 2017. On arrival my car was not booked. I was helped by a car booker called Reuben. My car was taken in for asses*****t and I was told that oil seal was broken. </p> <p>I still dont believe that the oil seal was broken because my car is old., something happened when my car went in for service. Now I as supposed to pay R5000 for Labour and R500 for the part.</p> <p> </p> <p>1.. What caused the seal to break?</p> <p>2. Why did my car start leaking oil after service?</p> <p>3. Why was my car not booked to show that I came in with a query?</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very much dissappointed. </p> <p> </p> <p>Toyota Lynwood failed me.</p>
