Car purchase a nightmare,service disappointin

My husband&I went to Mccarthy Toyota Gezina last week Wednesday to buy the Etios on special. We completed the papers and waited and waited. I left several messages, not returned and had to speak to the Manager Reggie. They told me there was a delay at the bank and that is why the finance was not approved by Thursday afternoon.I phoned Monday again.They said the finance was NOT approved yet. Despite several calls nothing was sorted out. Tuesday late afternoon I heard from Ike who said that we had to come in to discuss the figures of the finance it has been approved. When we got there we were told they had sold the car I was buying and got another one. Their previous phone call was misleading. We looked at the other car and saw the scratches. They said they would fix it if we were taking the car. We went to see Riaan for the financing only to discover that the car was not being sold to us at the special price on the demo models as we initially asked about when we came to see Ike but that the car was sold for MUCH more. They did not want to give the special price and we walked out. They then renegotiated but I am still waiting for my car. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT,WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY CAR?
