Car Permit Expired

I purchased a polo vivo from McCarthy 24 Nov 2015 which up until today I'm Still driving around with an expired permit. I've been calling the sale a man from the day my permit expired to make arrangements to have my no. plate. He raised my hopes saying he will come bring the no. to my house. When my car was delivered I got the normal key, so I lock and open my car manually which he didn't tell me about. Another thing is I noticed that my car doesn't have an engine cover which I didn't know about since I'm a lady who knows nothing about cars. I trusted Mxolisi but I'm very disappointed and I feel I was taken advantage of. I'm still driving around a car with no no. Plate and an expired permit. All he could say was that McCarthy will pay for the ticket of I get one. I want know the reason for the key, why I didn't get mynraradio manuall, why my engine doesn't have a cover and when am I getting my number plate. I am unhappy and I will never refer anyone to this guy.
