Car not as per offer to purchase and quotation

I bought a car from VW Mcarthy Witbank , last year 31 May 2014.They explained that the car has got cruise control and that was also stated in the offer to purchase and the quotation recieved from the dealer. When i collected the car, it had not cruise control, I noticed after a couple of weeks driving it.Its been seven months since I laid a complant for the dealer to exchange the vehicle as I did not want then to fit the unit beacuse they would have tempered with electronics of a new car.I wanted the unit to a a factory fit.
