Car no service History

Iv purchased a ford Figo 1.4 in 2014 from Mc Motor Bruma , I had to purchase my own service plan , of which they recommended and the car was on 27 kilometres used . then I took my car to Ford for service and they requested the car service history . i then called Mc Motor Bruma and talked to the consultant, i was then referred to Iean Pillay to assist , ( general sales manager ) . He then tell me he cant fin me on their system . , even if i use the VIN number . So then i ask him what is the plan because this car has no service history so then what must i do with the current service book that i bought. He ended up telling me that i am actually wasting his time with my complain . No I'm stuck with a car that the dealership has no service history of and not willing to help me
