Car keys unlocking

Good day<br> <br> I bought a new Toyota yaris from McCarthy Edenvale in august 2015, yesterday after work the keys were not operational. I called the dealership were I consumed the car from. I spoke to Adam the manager he advised I should go to the nearest dealership, hence I explained to him how will I get to the dealership if I cannot open the car then he said that he will report this to workshop and they will contact me regarding the unlocking key and later received a call from Joseph. He said to me he has to communicate to the manager and get back to me. I have never got any response since then. Mccarthy edenvale left me stranded. This was very frustrating to leave my car late at night and walk to the taxis without any feedback received from this people. If I have any mechanical issues in less than a year they, I should advise them accordingly as they are seller. This treatment is very unacceptable. I am totally not happy with all this. issue.
