Cancelled Membership

I cancelled my membership as soon as it came to an end as I did not need it any longer. I have since had many more calls asking me if I am continuing my membership and keep repeating that I no longer want the membership. Now for the past 2 months I have had the debit order going through. I have CANCELLED more than once. It seems impossible to cancel this membership. I do NOT want to continue and do NOT appreciate money being deducted from my account for services I do NOT wnat.
