Brilliant team VW Mccarthy Umhlanga

I purchased my first VW polo in 2017,had it for 11 months before I met with an accident in 2018.I went back to VW Mccarthy at Umhlanga to purchase another car because of the excellent service I received the first time. New executive car sales person Poovy Naidoo displayed the same caring, professional and prompt service just like before. I was so undecided and gave him a tough time for weeks yet he remained patient and calm always. Now when I take my car in for a service, the VW team at Umhlanga knows me by name, greets me with hot chocolate. Poovy Naidoo has sent me birthday wishes to my surprise.Thank you Poovy for going the extra mile. Well done team Umhlanga, keep up the good work..Both the bookings and reception department work and function orderly and pleasantly.
