BREACH OF THE SALE AGREEMENT& THE CONSEQUENT RETU

On the 15 October 2014 and in Pretoria, I entered into the sale agreement with your company, namely: McCarthy Pre-Owned (the Dealer) wherein I purchased from you a White VW Polo 1.4 GTI (2012-Model) bearing the registration number and letters: CD 59 WS GP (the motor vehicle) and the value of which was Two Hundred and Forty Thousand Rand (R 240 000-00). The financing institution with regards to the purchase of this motor vehicle was ABSA Bank.<br> The delivery of the aforesaid motor vehicle was effected on the same day, to wit: 15 October 2014. Upon the delivery of the motor vehicle, I notice the following fatal defects on the same:<br> 1. The motor vehicle had remnants of super glue on its gear liver. This was indicative of the fact that an attempt to fix the same with glue had been undertaken
