BRAND NEW POLO VIVO FAILS LESS THAN A YEAR.

After I have bought a car from VW Menlyn, in 7months, the car failed, and I reported this matter to them. They advised me that the clutch has burnt out. They told me to pay R6200. After I have paid, I logged my complaint further with VWSA and advised McCarthy I need independent assessor. Before I could get independent assessor, McCarthy refunded me R2600, half of my money. I did not pursue that route no more. Now 12 months after that, the very same problem comes up again, I advised VW Menlyn and they refuse to take responsibility. They refuse to get to the bottom of this and see exactly what are possible factors affecting this clutch. I drive two cars, Renault Sandero, which never had this problem, and it was bought same year as this Polo Vivo. I would have believed that this is my fault, but it proves not to be. When I asked VW Menlyn to assist me with this car to repair it or take it back. They refused and told me they cannot do this. They instead offered me to do a trade in with their used vehicle manager. I feel that these companies use their customers and mislead them to boost their sales figures, while they give unprofessional service when we need them.
