BRAND NEW POLO VIVO

I have previously posted a complaint against the branch and have still not received any reply from them. Perhaps this is the kind of service that they give?! As stated in my previous post, we took delivery of the car in March 2015. I reported a knocking sound underneath the car and rattles on the dash, backboard and doors. We were advised to bring the vehicle in for a test, which we did. When we got the car back, we were told that under carriage and suspension was checked and there was nothing wrong. We were also advised that the noises coming from inside the vehicle was sorted! Unfortunately, we still heard all the noises coming from the same places as previously stated. We then took the vehicle back and management drove it. We were told that they would give us a call to collect the car and drop off a courtesy car, which never took place, until I called the salesman on Friday. I was told that management could not call due to it being month end run and that I should bring the vehicle for them to test once again and for them to insert a cushion type into the panels for the rattle noise to disappear. I will not accept this vehicle and request VW to collect their car and refund me.
