Brand new polo Gti giving issues

Hi .I bought a brand new 2016 Polo Gti Dsg at Mccathy Vw at Wonderboom on the 8th of January .I drove the car till about 340km to which i noticed a strange rattle sound coming from the engine.I advised VW wonderboom and requested a booking so they can inspect the issue.I went to them on the 29th of January 2016 and the foreman of the service department confirmed he heard something aswell.He said it definitely came ffrom the gearbox but seeing that it is still a new model he isn't too sure.They did not make a booking and i had to leave with my car unattended.i have not even made my first installment and i have a rattle in the cabin and in the engine.I am truly unhappy with VW ,aftermarket sale service and build quality and would like to cancel the deal and recieve my money back .No brand new goods should be faulty in any way shape or form.<br>
