I took my car (Ford Fiesta 2014 model) for a 40000km service on the 14th of July 2016. I was told the brakes should be changed and I agreed as I had to pay cash for that. Since I received the car the brakes have been making a noise and it does not look like new front brake pads were put on. I suggest that Ford leave your old parts in your boot so that you know the parts have been replaced.

Because there is no proof that my brakes were indeed changed and it has been one week so how can my brakes be noisy and clearly look so worn out.

Please ask customers if they want the old parts that have been changed so there can be proof that you as ford have actually done the work
