Blown away by positive attitude

I was buying a Toyota Etios 2014 model from McCarthy Toyota, Woodmead. I had signed an OTP but on duty used car manager refused to honour the agreement and asked me to increase the price by 7000 rands. I phoned Mr Phillips Tossel. His phone was not going thru. He phoned me back. I explained him everything and he honoured the OTP and gave me the car in the same price. I wish if McCarthy has many Phillips Tossels. Great positive man with positive attitude and great sense of business. I salute you for your timely help. I wish if I could say same about used car manager over there at Woodmead.
