Bidvest McCarthy VW Menlyn very poor service

Since last year I had a problem with my VW. When it went for its service August last year I told VW menlyn that the car have a problem. It cuts out while driving. To them it does not make sence. So nothing got fixed with the service. We did pay extra money for something. Then December my car broke down again same problem. Again we paid alot of money for a pipe that pulled out apparently. So the cut out started again this year and I took it in for a service in August again. But this time I spoke to a manager according to them. And this person promised it will be fine. So now 2 months later the same thing happens. As I am writing this I am waiting for a tow truck. My car broke down again. Same thing happened. And when we phoned them now they did not know what is going on. The guy on the phone told me that there are nothing on their system about my complaining about the car's problem. Now I ask you how terrible must their service be. Its the worst I have ever experienced from a place that is in Menlyn where one would think you would get great service. But unfortunately their service is beyond POOR. Please, something must be done about this. Extremely unacceptable.
