Bidvest McCarthy VW Gezina - William Pule is a horrible sales man

I bought a car from cash in July from Bidvest McCarthy VW Gezina was was assisted by William Pule who was very helpfully at that time with everything. The translation went smoothly however the issue started when they delivered my vehicle. The car come with a big scratch which apparently happened during the transit. They promised to get the car fixed which I understood and was okay with. However wen the car was delivered it was delivered with the wrong spare key and i was advise for a full month that they would have this resolved in no time. It has been two months since I have had the car Mr Pule is just rude and does not want to assist. This is very annoying and frustrating
