Bidvest McCarthy Pre-owned Goodwood car sales nightmare

<p>About a month ago I purchased a second hand vehicle (under warranty and service plan) from Bidvest McCarthy Pre-owned Goodwood. As part of the AA 80 point check, there were numerous items listed indicating that the car had failed the check. On 3 occasions I confirmed with the salesman that they will fix these items before I take ownership of the vehicle. I was ensured that these items will be fixed as it is needed in order to pass the roadworhy test. The salesman then obtained the roadworthy test and was able to register the vehicle succesfully. After taking the vehicle for its first service at the dealership, I was informed that none of these items on the list had been fixed. I then obtained a quote to fix these items and sent it to the salesman. I have been promised that this will be fixed, but nothing has been done to date.</p>
