Bidvest McCarthy-Polo vivo 2017 requires 3rd clutch

I bought a brand new Vw Polo Vivo January 2017. A week ago I realised uphill the the car misfires, it continued for a week till it got worse. I took it to vw and and assessment was done and diagnosis given, I have been told that the clutch is damaged and its "wear and tear". This car is on 20 000km's my issue is that till the point I took it to vw it showed no signs of clutch damage and how can a clutch be damaged so fast considering that I am not even a new driver nor is the car old...wear and tear surely should happen at a much later stage but exactly a year later is absurd, surely there is an underlying issue or it had been faulty upon receipt. Im not disputing wear and time but the rate it has worn out is pecu****. I am really dissappionted in the quality of the product I have received at vw menlyn, Pretoria.

The above happened 2018, however 2019 I am still faced with the same issues. I replaced the clutch in 2018 however again in 2019 the car requires another clutch replacement I am beyond disappointed at this point!!!!!1
