Bidvest McCarthy Lexus Midrand false promises

I bought a pre owned Ford Everest from Bidvest McCarthy Lexus Midrand in January 2020,I was assisted by Sam Nkoane.The car still is under warranty and its service plan expires in October this year(2020) and apparently it has full service history.After collecting the car I realised it had been involved in an accident on the rear left and the paintwork was horrible and Sam agreed to sort it out which I agreed to.I was told the service book was taken out by the sales people and will be arranged so I can come collect,that did not happen as agreed for some time and the superior Dominique came into the picture as I was told Sam has left the dealership. A blank book was bought and I was expected to take it and continue with life,I refused and apparently the service driver was sent around to get the book stamped and he eventually went home to Limpopo due to Covid19.Today it is the 16th July 2020 and still am being taken from pillar to post and i refuse to be fooled by this dealership with false promises.I want my service book as I'm honouring my commitment by paying on a monthly basis.Can someone who is able or senior sort out this mess urgently.
