Bidvest McCarthy Gezina!

Iam sooo unhappy with a sales consultant from Mccarthy Gezina.

I recently bought a car from Modise however iam very unhappy as the car’s back break light is not working,the speaker on the car(on the right hand side) is not working. He also sent a wrong car(not the one advertised) please advise how we can go about resolving this.
