Bidvest MacCarthy Preowned PE-Worst service ever

<p>Bought a car from Bidvest Marccarthy PE and paid for delivery of vehicle to Newcastle KZN. After failed promise after promise of delivery date i decided to fly to PE to pick up the car. i collected the car on the 2nd of September 2016 and was told i was going to recieve my refund for delivery the following week. Today is 21 October i havent recieved my refund despite promise after promise. i am told they only make payments on fridays but after talking to my sales agent through out the week promising me it will be paid every friday he comes up with a reason why the money wasnt paid. when one buys a car its supposed to be an exciting experience but this has been the worst experience of my life. besides the refund i was told they were ordering spare keys up to now i have recieved them and again its excuse after excuse. anyone thinking of doing business with these people should really think twice.</p>
