Bidvest insurance

Good day My name is Nathi Rolo, Today I went to port Elizabeth in Eastern cape tyremart requesting my car to be wheel balanced and alignment but I was not assisted because they claim that Bidvest insurance tyres doesn't pay any claims. I mean u fail to understand how come Bidvest doesn't pay any claims.. kindly assist! It seems like Bidvest is always coming with excuses when it comes for claims. My car is bad , I can't even drive well because my car is not aligned and balanced.. I mean that woman from tyremart didn't even bother to assist me.. Policy number is B***..
