Bidvest club mccarthy

So I wanted to cancel my bidvest club maccarthy membership, the number I have here ***, but no answer. I chose another option, so this person said they don't even pick up my membership?? So I asked can someone call me back who can help me she said no, guess I must find another way to cancel my membership. I was in need of a tow truck, but they couldn't help me, thanks alot, that's the hole reason why opted in for this membership.
