Beware of this dealership

I purchased a new VW Amarok from VW Wonderboom, I asked the salesman Bertus to fit a tow bar because I will be towing a caravan with this vehicle. <br> The discount that was incorrectly calculated by Bertus (R5000 extra for my account), the fact that he did not know what he had in stock or knowledge about the product aside, he got a Bosal tow bar fitted.<br> No issues with that until I was told after the successful sale that the Bosal tow bar does not support the trailer anti-sway function on the Amarok without an additional harness. <br> Long-story-short according to Bertus the DP, Walter Pretorius said he will supply and fit the necessary for my account (R 2619.78).<br> <br> Walter do not reply to any of my communications and Bertus says, that is the best they can do.<br> <br> I cannot be liable for an additional R2620 after paying for a tow bar that does not support the VW Amarok safety features, fitted by a VW dealership.<br> <br> BTW a Similar incident at Lindsay Saker Fourways was fixed by the dealer at no cost for the client...
