BEST SERVICE EVER FROM McCARTHY NISSAN GATEWAY!

Not only did I get the car I wanted, but with it I got spoiled by my sales person Preshalin Pillay at BIDVEST McCARTHY NISSAN GATEWAY with the most beautiful bouquet of Chocolates an a litle something to sip on :) !From start to finish, this has been the best experience ever! Could not have ask d for anything more, ticked all the boxes TWICE OVER! After a very bad experience at a dealership in Pinetown, with the salesperson simply taking an order, as I already knew I would purchase the vehicle (easiest sale ever) Not only was the service bad, I knew more about the specs of the vehicle than the salesperson and after all of that, being **** to by management, telling me that the factory doesn’t release cars with less than 40kms on the clock (as I was told it would have between 60 to 100kms on the clock when I receive it) I did not feel like I could trust them, nor did I want to deal with them, as I come with a strong history in sales. So I called McCarthy Nissan Umhlanga, asked to speak to a senior new care salesman. They put me through to Preshalin Pillay, I asked hi 3 questions... CAN YOU GET ME A NEW NISSAN ALMERA? His response was YES! Can you match the price? His response was YES! And finally, when I recieve my car, will it hace between 60 and a 100 kms on the clock? His response was; No man, because that is not a new car! I said THANK YOU, I would like to deal with you! Preshalin managed to give me a brand new car with on 16kms on the clock! I am forever thankful that he listened to me and my needs and meeting it with such class and with a level of service that I didn’t think existed! Well done to the entire team, Vishal that did our finance was outstanding, I never had to call to check if things were in order, I got updates throughout the process! He ended up getting us a phenomenal interest rate and I am happy to be apart of the Bidvest McCarthy Umhlanga family now. I wanted my car asap, but Preshalin never **** to me, he told me it would take at some time, but it would be worth the wait! Now we did not walk into McCarty Nissan Gateway and purchased the most expensive vehicle there... it was only an Almera. None the less, we were treated like we did purchase the most expensive vehicle, with such class! We left around 4:30 pm. PS: around 6:20 (after working hours) Preshalin sends me a message, asking me if I am happy with my car, did I get home safe...? Excellent Branch, Excellent Team and most of all... an Excellent sales person, Preshalin, you dilivered the best service imaginable. Excellent service and one very happy customer! If you want an new car, call him up and make it happen!!!!
