<p>on the 21/11/2016 i took my renault to mccarthy renault pietermaritzburg to get my back door lock fixed, they did not have a lock on hand and said they would phone me in that week and let me know what was happening and they did not phone me, this morning 6/12/2016 i was driving my child to school and that same door flew right open while i was driving. when i phoned them to ask what they are going to do about it they told me that they can only book my car for thursday and they expect me to drive with an open door until then. i am a waiting a respons from them whether they are going to come to my work place and fix it today still.</p>
