Bad treatment

On 18/04/16 I arrived at Acadia McCarthy to drop my car for service. I was at the front as I arrived to book in my car and was helped until I was supposed to get a log sheet. I was forgotten until I complained despite being the 1st car. At 15:00 I got a call that my car was finished and was informed that someone will pick me up. I waited for a driver until I had to walk to go fetch my car at 17:00. Service was disappointing and I was offered sweets when I was livid with anger. Keep your sweets because you don't respect or even care about your customers.I am disappointed AGAIN after the service I got when I bought the car. I regret again and again.
