Bad Servive at McCarthy's Menlyn!

<p>The only key of my Transporter kombi broke. I phoned the Brits branch, where I live, but they could only make one within 7 days. I then drove thru to Volkswagen in Menlyn - who promised that they could do it in 2 - 3 days, because I have a family and three children that needs to go to school everyday.</p> <p>I went to them on 12 January 2017. I worked with Andries. After many excuses the key was only done on the 20th.</p> <p>When I drove thru to Pta from Brits (with another car) to pick up they key - only then they let me know that I had to come there with the Kombi so that the car key can be coded!!! How?? I don't have another key! Why didn't you tell me??</p> <p>It is now the 23rd and I still don't have a key to my kombi!</p> <p> </p> <p>I wouldn't reccommend Volkswagen Menlyn to anyone! Poor poor service! </p>
