BAD SERVICES

I towed my amarok in after it broke down after 29000 km from the previous breakdown repairs by VW wonderboom. I had to offload my amarok myself without any help from the workshop staff. I then realised why the workshop's staff attitude was so bad. I walked into the workshop manager's office past the service advisers without anyone asking me can they help me just staring at me. I the continued into the office of the workshop manager, where he was viewing photos on Facebook . I started talking to him about what happened to the amarok and the route we need to take to repair it. As I was talking to him a rude lady walked into the office and started talking to him and he then started to ignore me . I left his office to book my amarok in. A week later I phoned William to give me a quote to repair the engine he then said on the phone he is sending the quote as we speak after I gave my email address to him, this happened twice and since then I haven't received any quotation. I then called somebody else then I received the quote(inaccurate). Saturday14 November 2015 I went there to collect my amarok and found that the engine wasn't even opened for the quotation.Total *********** staff. LIES
