Bad service VW Westgate

Bidvest McCarthy Volkswagen Westgate is the worst dealer I've ever dealt with, a week after the faulty clutches was replaced on my T cross DSG the car got stuck on the side of the road with gearbox problems. The car had to be towed and booked back in for repairs, the car still had issues and after a long fight (8 months) the mechatronics was replaced but as agreed they were paying, a week plus after the mechatronics was replaced the car broke down again and had to be towed back for repairs after those repairs there was some loose components due to bad workmanship, I now have to go back to the dealer again to see what is causing a knocking noise on the vehicle. I requested reports just to find out my maintenance plan paid for the parts (mechatronics) and was **** to and given the run around for months, it took VW almost a year to replace faulty parts. The service is bad and it's no shock this dealer was under investigation for ***** dealings.
