Bad service Toyota

So I have been sending emails to cancel my service plan with Toyota for the past few months with no lucky, the service plan I took it for the car of which I dnt drive any more cause it was ******. So they keep debiting my account dnt want to cancel the plan, they do respond but keep on asking the same question that I was provid the same information so they can cancel the plan.... I really need assistance cause I cnnt even afford for them to keep on taking money out of my account
