Bad service from VW McCarthy Roodepoort

I went to VW Constatia Kloof to pirchase a new Kombi and they offered me the best deal, then when i wanted to collect my vehicle on 24 March 2015 they ordered the wrong car and they had to give me a curtacy vehicle to gonon leave with, after 12 days i go there to see if my car is ready it is still not ready no mags no leather seats the Sales manager # Zain and# Marlin just tells me i had to order the leather and mags and they never return my calls i need to phone them the whole time, and theyhave not once returned my calls my old vehicle is still not settled and it has been3 weeks now ??? Bad and very dissapointing service
